ABOUT YELLOW TAIL FISH

Distribution:It is mainly distributed in the Pacific Ocean (the Sea of Japan, waters from Alaska to California), the Atlantic Ocean (the east coast of the United States, the Mediterranean Sea), and some warm waters of the Indian Ocean. It usually inhabits coastal waters in temperate to subtropical zones and is an important economic fish in many countries.

Nutrition:It is high in protein and low in fat, rich in Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA, DHA), which are beneficial to cardiovascular health. It also contains vitamin D, B vitamins, and minerals such as calcium and phosphorus. With high nutritional density, it is suitable for daily dietary supplementation.


HOW TO COOK IT
