Golden Pomfret Features

Distribution: 

A warm-water, mid-to-upper-level fish, mainly distributed in the tropical and subtropical waters of the Indo-Pacific region (South China Sea, East China Sea, Southeast Asia, and northern Australia). Large-scale marine aquaculture has been achieved in Guangdong, Fujian, and Hainan provinces of China.

Nutrition: 

High in protein and low in fat (protein content 18%-22%), with delicate and easily absorbed flesh. Contains Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, which help regulate blood lipids. Rich in minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as vitamins A and D, suitable for all ages.
